Fractional Leadership Partnership
An ongoing monthly partnership for organizations that need senior fundraising and operations leadership without adding a full-time executive. I work as part of your leadership team, on a schedule that fits your season. Partnerships run on 6-month or 12-month contracts.
Each month can include:
Fundraising strategy and donor development, from first institutional gifts to a growing base of individual donors
Leadership coaching for executive directors and senior leaders
Board development, governance, and recruitment
Operations and change management: staffing, systems, and follow-up processes that keep people engaged

Capital campaigns
Campaign structure, goal setting with your leadership team, campaign team recruitment, donor tracking, and communications for a building or growth initiative.

A three-year plan your leadership can carry out, with SMART goals, clear owners, and a forecasted budget.
Launches and leadership transitions
Board formation, leadership team recruitment, and transition planning for new organizations and organizations changing leaders.

MY APPROACH
Build the system, then hand it off
Every engagement follows the same three steps, so your team owns the work when I step away.
Diagnose
I review your giving history, donor retention, major-donor base, and how much of your revenue depends on one leader. You receive a baseline report naming your top priority gaps.
Design
Together we set the goal, the case for support, the gift plan, and the board’s role in raising it. You receive a 12–18 month fundraising plan and calendar.
Launch and coach
I set up a simple dashboard, coach your leadership and board through their first asks, and review progress with you regularly. You finish with a working donor pipeline your staff runs.
