I help nonprofit, faith-based, and mission-driven organizations get funded and led well
Most organizations I meet have a vision bigger than their budget and a leader carrying too much of the fundraising alone. I have been that leader. I help teams share the work of raising money, so the mission no longer depends on one person.
My approach grew out of a fundraising residency with Fellowship Associates and years of applying it as a founder, a senior leader, and an operator. Today, through Doctor Watson Speaks, LLC, I bring it to executive directors, senior leaders, and boards who are ready for their next level.

I join your leadership team and build the systems with you, so they keep working after I leave.

Starting, rebuilding, and scaling each need different things, and I have led all three.
